Deposit & Payment

  • A $50 non-refundable and non-transferrable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This booking fee will applied toward the toal cose of your service.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Cash only, please. Kindly arrive with the exact amount, as change may not be available.

  • All services are final. Due to the nature of permanent makeup and beauty services, no refunds will be issued once the service has begun.

Appointment

** K ARTISTRY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ITS DISCRETION. If an appointment is canceled due to a client not meeting the required policies or eligibility for the service, the $50 booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • No guests are allowed. This includes children, pets, or anyone accompanying you. Due to the length of the appointment, limited space, and the importance of maintaining a clean, distraction-free environment, only the scheduled client may be present.

  • To ensure your safety and allow me to focus on providing the best results, please refrain from using your phone during the procedure. Kindly place your phone on silent or vibrate before your appointment.

Rescheduling & No Show

** Appointment availability at K Artistry is limited. To provide each client with personalized, one-one service, only a limited number of appointments are accepted each day. Last minute cancellations often leave insufficient time to fill the reserved appointment.

  • If you are running late, please let me know ASAP.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. In this case, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited. (Please allow extra travel time and plan ahead for traffic or unexpected delays to ensure you arrive on time. Tardiness leads to pushing back all of the day's appointments, and it is unfair to your artist and to the other clients. Please be considerate of everyone’s time.)

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours, notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

  • Your booking fee may be transferred one time only if you reschedule within the same calendar month.

  • NO SHOW will not be eligible to book future appointment. Your booking fee will be forfeited, and a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

  • For Permanent Makeup services, no shows will also be responsible for 50% of the remaining service balance, as several hours are reserved exclusively for your appointment. A $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Expectations

**Results are not guaranteed. Every client is unique, and healing results vary based on individual features, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. My goal is to achieve the best possible outcome while enhancing your natural features.

I work with your existing anatomy, including:

  • Eyebrows: Previous tattoo or permanent makeup, natural brow hair, brow muscles, bone structure, facial symmetry, and skin condition.

  • Lips: Your natural lip shape, color, symmetry and overall lip condition.

  • Lashes: The length, fullness, curl pattern, and overall health of your natural lashes.

My goal is to create enhancements that complement your natural features. For brows and lips, I follow your natural shape to promote balanced, beautiful results and proper healing. Minor adjustments can be made during your perfecting touch-up appointment.

Permanent Makeup Services

  • Permanent makeup is a two-step process. A perfecting touch-up appointment is highly recommended 6-8 weeks after your initial session. This appointment is used to refine the shape, adjust color, and perfect any areas that healed unevenly.

  • Touch-up appointments are not included in the initial service price. Pricing is based on the time elapsed since your original appointment and is listed on the website.

  • During your appointment, we will work together to create a design that complements your unique facial features. Before beginning the procedure, I will complete a pre-draw for your review and approval. Once it’s approved, the tattooing process will begin.

  • Please understand that perfect symmetry is not possible. Human faces are naturally asymmetrical, and factors such as bone structure, muscle movement, facial expressions, previous permanent makeup, scar tissue, skin type, and natural hair growth all influence the final result.

  • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, K Artistry cannot guarantee specific results. Healing and pigment retention vary from person to person and are influence by many factors, including: Skin type and skin condition, overall health and hormonal changes, medications, sun exposure, previous permanent makeup or scar tissue, and compliance with pre-care & aftercare instructions.

  • Once you leave your appointment, K artistry is not responsible for changes in color, pigment retention, or healed results that occur during the healing process.

  • Permanent makeup is both an art and a cosmetic tattoo. Because every client heals differently, results and pigment retention cannot be guaranteed. If additional touch-up appointments are desired beyond the recommended perfecting session, they will be scheduled based on availability and charged according to current pricing.

  • PLEASE KEEP IN MIND. Permanent makeup is low maintenance-not maintenance free. To keep your brows and lips looking fresh color refresh appointments will be needed over time as the pigment naturally fades.

  • By booking an appointment with K Artistry, you acknowledge and consent to photos and videos being taken before, during, and after your service. These may be used for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

  • To achieve the best possible results, clients are expected to carefully follow all Pre-Care & Aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect healing, pigment retention, and over all outcome of your service.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand all policies, contraindications, pre-care and aftercare instructions, appointments reminders, and other information provided by K Artistry prior to appointment.

  • By submitting a booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all K Artistry’s policies, procedures, and terms and conditions.

  • K Artistry reserves the right to update or modify pricing, promotions, services, and policies at any time without prior notice.
